Return and Refund Policy
Contact Us at david@cutfingerwoodwork.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include the following in your message:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Photo(s) or video clearly showing the defect or damage
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Do not ship items back without prior authorization, as we cannot process unauthorized returns.
Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to a defect or shipping damage, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label or reimbursement, depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved returns will be refunded in full to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:
Buyer’s remorse
Custom or personalized items (unless defective or damaged) sales are final .
